Traffic has returned to normal levels and the zanko/zendesk/message API is fully operational. Zendesk rate limits are no longer being hit and all systems are working as expected. This incident is now resolved.

Monitoring
Starting at 08:25, we experienced a significant traffic spike that caused us to hit Zendesk's rate limits on the message API. The rate limitations are a result of our elevated request volume. We are actively monitoring the situation and the system appears to be improving. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as needed.
